Advanced/Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

The purpose of this study is to compare eftilagimod alfa (efti) in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy versus placebo in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy with respect to overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) among adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants will receive either efti plus standard treatment (pembrolizumab and platinum doublet chemotherapy) or placebo plus standard treatment and will be treated for up to 2 years.

This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 1a/1b clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of BG-60366, a highly potent, selective EGFR-mutation targeted Chimeric Degradation Activation Compound (CDAC). BG-60366 is designed to degrade mutant EGFR, which is a common cause for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). This study will evaluate how well BG-60366 works in participants with advanced or metastatic EGFR-mutant NSCLC. The study will be conducted in 2 parts: 1) Phase 1a Dose Escalation and Safety Expansion, and 2) Phase 1b Dose Expansion.

Effect of Feeding Jejunostomy on Sarcopenia in Patients With Esophageal Cancer

Participants were diagnosed with esophageal cancer needing chemo- or radiochemotherapy before the potentially curing surgery consisting of esophagectomy. At the time of diagnosis, in all participants, a laparoscopy to complete staging was performed. In some patients, a feeding jejunostomy tube (FJT) was placed at the time of staging laparoscopy; in others, the FJT was placed at the time of esophagectomy. A common risk factor for higher morbidity and mortality is sarcopenia, a condition associated with low skeletal muscle. This study aims to determine whether the timing of the FJT placement affects the progress of sarcopenia.

Tuvusertib Combined With Niraparib or Lartesertib in Participants With Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (DDRiver EOC 302)

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect and safety of treatment with tuvusertib combined with either niraparib or lartesertib in participants with epithelial ovarian cancer and to assess any differences between tuvusertib monotherapy and combination therapy. The participants will previously have progressed while treated with a poly ADP ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitor. The primary objectives of this study are to assess the effect of the treatment in terms of overall response, i.e. whether the tumor disappears, shrinks, remains unchanged, or gets worse and safety in terms of adverse events.

A Trial to Learn if Fianlimab and Cemiplimab Are Safe and Work Better Than Anti-PD1 Alone in Adult Participants With Resectable Stage 3 or 4 Melanoma
Melanoma

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with cemiplimab alone. These types of immunotherapy study drugs are collectively known as immune checkpoint inhibitors. Immunotherapies are treatments that use the immune system to recognize and kill cancer cells. The study is focused on participants with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to cemiplimab in participants with high-risk, resectable melanoma. Participants will receive treatment before surgery, undergo resection, and then will have the option to continue treatment after resection. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drug(s). * How much study drug(s) is in the blood at different times. * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug(s) (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. * How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life.

Multiple Myeloma

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the rate of response (how effectively treatment is working) with signs of potential cure at 5 years after the start of induction treatment. This is defined as a composite of sustained (at least 2 years) minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity with complete response/stringent complete response (CR/sCR) and a positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) scan that does not show any signs of cancer at 5 years. MRD negativity and CR/sCR is defined as no detectable signs of remaining cancer cells after the treatment. This study will also characterize how well the treatments administered work in the study through progression-free survival (PFS). PFS is defined as the length of time during and after the treatment of a disease, that a participant lives with the disease, but it does not get worse.

This is a Phase 1b/2 study evaluating the anti-PD1 antibody, cemiplimab, in combination with either S095018 (anti-TIM3 antibody), S095024 (anti-CD73 antibody), or S095029 (anti-NKG2A antibody) in adult participants with previously untreated advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high PD-L1 expression. The study includes two parts: part A, the combination-therapy safety lead-in phase to determine the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for S095018, S095024, and S095029 in combination with cemiplimab and part B, the randomized dose expansion phase to assess the efficacy of S095018, S095024, or S095029 in combination with cemiplimab. Study treatment will be administered for a maximum of 108 weeks, or until confirmed disease progression per iRECIST and/ or until meeting other treatment discontinuation criteria.
