Safety and Efficacy of AGN-INM176 in Prostate Patients With Rising PSA
Prostate Cancer

This Phase I/II open-label trial aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the herbal supplement INM176 in patients with a history of prostate cancer or low-risk disease under active surveillance. The study will determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) and assess the efficacy of INM176 in stabilizing or decreasing plasma PSA levels in post-radical prostatectomy (RP) and post-radiation therapy (RT) patients with rising PSA levels.

Ocular Assessments in Patients Treated With Tivdak® in Recurrent or Metastatic Cervical Cancer
Cervical Cancer

TIVDAK is used for the treatment of cervical cancer that has come back after chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is a treatment that uses medicines to stop the growth of cancer cells. This is done either by killing the cells or by stopping them from growing. The purpose of this study is to learn about possible side effects of TIVDAK, specially to any side effect that is related to the eye. A side effect is anything a medicine does to your body that is not part of how the medicine treats disease. * This study is seeking for participants who: Are willing to take all the required eye tests * Have not received TIVDAK before * Do not have any active eye issues. Participants will receive TIVDAK once every 3 weeks as an infusion that will be injected into the vein. Participants will visit an eye care provider at 3 stages: * before starting the treatment, * before each of the first 9 infusions * then monthly for 3 months after they stop taking TIVDAK. Treatment with TIVDAK will continue until it is not working anymore against the participant's cancer.

Role of Antibiotic Therapy or Immunoglobulin On iNfections in hAematoLogy: Starting Immunoglobulin (Start Ig)
Myeloma Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma Leukemia

This study is being conducted to find out how safe and effective different strategies of infection prevention are in comparison to each other, for preventing infection in patients with blood cancers. The best way to find out this information is to directly compare the effect of different treatment strategies in patients with blood cancers. We want to know how these different treatments impact on your health and your use of healthcare services. This research project uses an Adaptive Platform Design. This design allows the researchers to compare multiple infection prevention strategies within the same trial at the same time (rather than running separate trials), to analyse results as the trial occurs and to add new research questions during the course of the trial. The treatments that you may receive as part of the study will be determined by which domain(s) of the platform you participate in. By combining data collected within each domain as part of the platform, the researchers can investigate and compare treatment strategies and infection outcomes across a broader range of participants.

Safety of HRX215 in Patients After Minor and Major Liver Resection
Liver Resection Colorectal Carcinoma Liver Metastases

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if HRX215 is safe, tolerable and active in adults who have undergone liver resection due to colorectal carcinoma metastases. The objectives are: 1. to learn about the safety and tolerability of HRX215 2. to learn about how the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of HRX215. 3. to learn about clinical activity of HRX215 Researchers will compare HRX215 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to investigate safety, tolerability and clinical activity in participants taking HRX215.

Recombinant Factor VIIa (rFVIIa) for Hemorrhagic Stroke Trial - Part 2
Intracerebral Hemorrhage

The objective of the rFVIIa for Acute Hemorrhagic Stroke Administered at Earliest Time (FASTEST) Trial is to establish the first treatment for acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) within a time window and subgroup of patients that is most likely to benefit. The central hypothesis is that rFVIIa, administered within 120 minutes from stroke onset with an identified subgroup of patients most likely to benefit, will improve outcomes at 90 days as measured by the Modified Rankin Score (mRS) and decrease ongoing bleeding as compared to standard therapy. FASTEST Part 2 is an extension of the FASTEST Trial where the subgroups include those treated within 2 hours with a positive spot sign on a baseline CT angiogram or patients treated within 90 minutes of stroke onset, with or without a positive spot sign.

Ultrathin Strut Sirolimus-eluting Stent With Bioabsorbable Polymer in Patients Receiving Chronic Oral Anticoagulation
Coronary Artery Disease Ischemic Heart Disease

Patients receiving chronic oral anticoagulation with indication for percutaneous coronary revascularization with stent implantation, and needing for antiplatelet therapy, are at high risk of bleeding. The new generation of ultrathin strut sirolimus-eluting stent with bioabsorbable polymer allow for shorter antiplatelets regimens and could be a good option for this high-bleeding risk patients.
